As a planner, Silvio knows all too well the types of problem that can be encountered during refurbishment projects. Plans that are out of date, quantities determined incorrectly, no guaranteed results. At Sto, Silvio has used this knowledge to fundamentally simplify the workflow in refurbishment projects. We call it StoService Planning. Rather than replacing personal advice and support, it takes this to the next level. Scan technology can be used to carry out stocktaking down to every last centimetre, digital processing of tender orders, and end-to-end system documentation with StoBIMCockpit. It can even be combined with colour concepts for and 3D visualisations of facade design plans (working with the individual rendered surfaces in the StoSignature system, for example).
